Pre-Sales Engineer (AV)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Pre-Sales Representative to support our AV business. The ideal candidate will assist in client engagement, technical solution design, proposal creation, and lead generation through calls and emails.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose suitable AV solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, demos, and solution proposals.
Design technical solutions, including BOQs and system layouts, based on customer needs. - Conduct cold calls, emails, and follow-ups to identify and engage potential clients.
- Participate in client meetings, RFP discussions, and technical clarifications.
- Maintain communication between clients, sales, and technical teams for project coordination.
- Stay updated on AV technologies such as displays, audio systems, video conferencing, and control systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–7 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Sales Support / Solution Design in the AV or IT industry.
- Strong understanding of AV products (Video Conferencing, software & Hardware VC endpoints, displays, projectors, conferencing systems, digital signage, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi).
- Experience in cold calling, email communication, and client interaction.
- Ability to create solution documentation, proposals, and BOQs.
- Technical background (B.Tech / Diploma in Electronics / IT / related field preferred).
