About the Job:

The selected person will be responsible for interacting with Govt. and Non-Govt. customers and developing the technical solutions for the Broadcast / Video Streaming /AV Solutions according to their requirements. The selected person will develop the techno-commercial proposal and will be responsible for presentations, hands-on demonstrations, RFI/RFP responses, developing the design and architecture of systems, the bill of materials, and generating winning solutions and system designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a workflow and bill of materials for Broadcast System, AV Project, etc.
  • Presales/solution design for TV Studio, Camera System, and Playout System for the major OEMs
  • Solution Preparation/Proposal based on the customer’s requirements Scoping of the technical solution required to address the customer.
  • Develop Workflows, System Design, CAD files, Bill of Materials, etc.
  • Working with the end customer to identify their technical requirements, and problem areas and to propose technical solutions.
  • Provide post-sales support via the escalation of support issues or support phone cover.
  • Interact with various OEMs and Solution providers to build a product portfolio.
  • Test, commission, and configure subsystems during project deployment.
  • Working with the sales team during each stage of the sales process.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Extensive knowledge of broadcast engineering principles, equipment, and technology, including cameras, audio equipment, video switchers, graphics systems, live streaming, video transmission, and cloud-based post-production solutions.
  • 5-7 years of experience in video and broadcast engineering.
  • Proficient with various computer programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and CAD
  • Candidates with hands-on experience with Video Editing systems, Graphics systems and who have a clear understanding of Television Workflow, Transmission chain, and PCR-Studio workflow
  • Knowledge of Video Standards & Formats is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Ingest & Feed Room, Contribution Links, and Related Operations / Technology.
  • Strong team player with cross-functional collaboration and customer focus
  • Should have good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Should be able to perform in highly demanding sit­uations.
